Situated in the town centre of Arras is this converted 16th Century Monastery. The 3-star hotel de L'Univers has charm and character that is hard to rival. In an exceptional setting, the hotel provides the calm of the countryside, yet is only a few minutes walk from the medieval 'Place d' Arras'.

This elegant hotel, with its fine cuisine and excellent service, is the perfect choice for a relaxing golf holiday. Golf d'Arras - Par 72, 6738 yards
This Championship course hosted the Ladies French Open in 1996, 2000 and 2001 and the French Professional Championship. The course has been landscaped around both banks of the river Scarpe, adding to the degree of difficulty, so the driver must be used with caution to put it mildly. Water is ever present and allows no margin for error. It is only on the 12th, 13th, 15th, 16th and 17th holes, that you can think of opening up and letting fly, at the possible cost of accuracy. Golf d'Arras is located just 10 minutes drive form Hotel de L'Univers.

Dunkerque - Par 71, 6281 yards
A Parkland course well worth playing at the beginning or end of your memorable golfing holiday. The key here is to stay focused and think about each shot, otherwise you'll soon be experiencing the strategically placed bunkers and the many water hazards. The warm welcome you receive in the clubhouse will maky your experience at Dunkerque (Dunkirk) all the more enjoyable. Located 3 miles inland from Calais and approximately 1 hour 45 mintues drive from Hotel de L'Univers in Arras.
